Holi is around the corner and you should definitely try out गुलगुले - Gul Gule recipe to treat your taste buds. You can relish this snack recipe by Archana with your loved ones on this joyous occasion and it takes very little time to prepare. Happy Holi!

INGREDIENTS

    1 cup jaggery
    1 cup wheat flour
    Salt
    1/2 teaspoon fennel seed powder
    Oil
    2 pinches of baking soda

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl add in the jaggery and water.
Add in the salt, fennel seed powder, baking soda, wheat flour and mix it all together.
In a pan heat oil for deep frying.
Add in the prepared mixture and deep fry it until it turns golden brown in colour.
Gul Gule is ready to serve.
