Mix the Maida or all-purpose flour, ghee, baking soda in a bowl.
Begin to mix the flour with the water first and then start to knead. Make a smooth and soft dough.
Keep the mix to a rest for a while
Layer the Lachha paratha with jaggery filled into it and roll it.
Make lachha paratha on tawa, apply ghee or butter as required
Serve the lachha hot with sabji.
