    For The Schug:
    Coriander
    Chilies
    Garlic
    Salt
    Pepper
    Cardamom Powder
    For The Zalabia:
    Salt
    Yeast
    Flour
    Water
    Oil

DIRECTIONS

Hanukkah is the Jewish Festival of Lights and it remembers the re-dedication of the second Jewish Temple in Jerusalem. This Hannukah, follow Vicky and Gil’s simple steps and enjoy making amazingly tasty Zalabia with Green Chutney also more popularly known as Schug in Israel.

Method:

1. To make the Schug, put all the ingredients in the grinder and blend them well.

2. To make the Zalabia, mix in all the ingredients together and deep fry the dough.

3. Plate these together and serve.
