    Oats soaked in Milk & Yogurt, over night
    Spinach
    Ice Cubes
    Mint
    Honey
    Yogurt
    Ginger

DIRECTIONS

1. In a blender add in all the ingredients.

2. Blend everything until well combined.

3. Serve cold.
