INGREDIENTS

    ½ cup oats flour
    ¾ cup besan
    ½ cup dahi / yogurt
    Pinch of baking soda
    Water
    Salt

DIRECTIONS

Method:

1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients.

2. Pour them on a pan to make the chillas.

3. Serve hot with a sauce or chutney.
