Healthy Ragi Malt Recipe

Easy

Low in fat and surprisingly healthy, Ragi Malt with the crunchy addition of nuts is a must try recipe at home. It's a scrumptious drink that even your guests will love it!

INGREDIENTS

    1 tbsp Ghee
    1 ½ tbsp Ragi flour
    1 tbsp powdered Almonds
    ½ cup Water
    1 ½ cup Milk
    ½ tsp Crushed Cardamom
    2 tbsp Brown sugar
    Chopped Pista - Almonds

DIRECTIONS

In a deep pan, melt ghee.
Add ragi and roast on low flame.
Add Almond powder and mix.
Add water and bring to a boil until mixture thickens.
Add cardamom and milk. Simmer for few minutes.
Add jaggery/ sugar and dissolve.
Remove from flame and add nuts if required.
Drink warm.
