Love tofu? Apart from the delicious Asian recipes, here is a fun and healthy way to make tofu!

1. First, make the Marination. Add chopped Kafir leaves, Galangal, Lemongrass, red chillies, sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper and mix it well.

2. Then chop some mushrooms and bok choy and add it to the mixture leave it aside.

3. Cut the tofu, make sure it's firm and place it on the parchment paper and foil. Season the tofu, because it's bland by itself.

4. Then add the marination all over the tofu. Wrap the parchment paper and foil parcel and put it in the oven for 8 mins at 160 C.
