Herbed Potato Wedges

  • Start with seasoning the potatoes
  • Put the potatoes in a baking tray, sprinkle salt, pepper powder, oregano and chilli flakes
  • Add a dash of Tabasco and Wooster sauce
  • A tbsp of olive oil
  • A tbsp of whole wheat flour for the coating
  • Toss them well, so each wedge is coated properly
  • Smash the garlic cloves and throw them in with the skin
  • Once the wedges are seasoned and coated well, put them in the oven preheated at 200°C for 10-15 minutes
  • Bake till the wedges are golden brown in color
  • Serve as an appraiser along with a dip
  • TIP: you could also use variations in terms of the seasoning, use fresh or dried herbs
