2 medium sized potatoes cut into wedges, boiled in salt and water
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp oregano
2 tbsp olive oil
Tabasco and wooster sauce
2 tbsp whole wheat flour for coating
Pepper and salt to taste
Start with seasoning the potatoes
Put the potatoes in a baking tray, sprinkle salt, pepper powder, oregano and chilli flakes
Add a dash of Tabasco and Wooster sauce
A tbsp of olive oil
A tbsp of whole wheat flour for the coating
Toss them well, so each wedge is coated properly
Smash the garlic cloves and throw them in with the skin
Once the wedges are seasoned and coated well, put them in the oven preheated at 200°C for 10-15 minutes
Bake till the wedges are golden brown in color
Serve as an appraiser along with a dip
TIP: you could also use variations in terms of the seasoning, use fresh or dried herbs
