Holi is incomplete without thandai. Here’s the quickest way to make some yummy thandai!
1. Blend the almonds, cashew nuts, muskmelon seeds, fennel seeds, poppy seeds, peppercorns, cardamoms and water into a nice paste.
2. Strain this mixture in a bowl.
3. Keep adding milk and sugar to the thandai mixture as per the measurements given.
4. Garnish with rose water, saffron milk and rose petals and your thandai is absolutely ready!
