  • Keep the kheema to cool
  • The 2 slices of bread must be soaked in water and squeezed completely dry
  • Add the potatoes to the dried bread
  • Add the coriander leaves
  • Add salt
  • Add a bit of garam masala
  • Bind it all together
  • Grease your palms a little to make the potato balls easily
  • Flatten the ball and make it slightly hollow
  • Add the filling
  • Seal the filling with the potato covering

  • Dip into the egg

  • TIP : Ensure the bread crumbs coat the tikki well to make it crispy
  • Dust the excess bread crumbs and begin to fry
  • TIP : This does not take too much time to cook since the filling and potatoes are already cooked
  • Remove the tikkis once they turn brown
  • Ready to serve
