Method of Preparation:
– In a bowl, add crushed biscuits and melted butter mix well then add it to the pie mould spread it properly and keep in the fridge for 10 mins.
– Cut the apple into slices and scoop out the center.
– In a large bowl, toss apples with lemon juice. Add all the spices and toss it to coat.
– Then put the filling in the pie crust and bake for 20-25 mins. After it’s cooled.
– Top it with some whipped cream and dust with some cinnamon powder.
