Method of preparation –
Add water to a vessel along with salt, ghee, garam Masala, fried onion, ginger garlic paste, after the water boils add soaked rice and cook it on a high flame for 7 mins until its 3/4 cooked.
– Strain the rice and keep the water aside.
For Marination –
Take a Pan, add chicken, curd, coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, fried onions, turmeric powder and ghee – Switch on the flame and cook it for 12 mins once its done add rice and strained water to the
– chicken and give it a mix and top it with fried onions and kesar milk and cover it with a lid until its done.
