– Firstly, Add Refined Flour, Semolina, Ghee and Water in a bowl.
– Mix it well and make a dough.
– Then, Add Fresh Coconut, Condensed Milk, Cardamom Powder, Cashew Nuts, Almonds and Raisins in an other bowl.
– Mix it well.
– Make a small round dough ball, like a peda. Roll it out thin from the edges with 3 to 4 inch in diameter.
– Add stuffing into it and Press the edges by fork.
– Lastly, Fry till golden and crisp.
