Make your favourite milkshakes and cakes with a spoonful of this homemade Nutella.

1. Roast the Hazelnuts at 160 degrees in the over for about 10-12 minutes or till it gets a nice golden brown colour.

2. Cool it slightly, then grind them to a smooth paste. Once it has the right consistency, add the canola oil, vanilla essence & grind again.

3. Melt the chocolate with the help of a double boiler or in the microwave, and add it to the hazelnut butter.

4. Blend it again and pour it in a jar.
