Homemade Tandoori Chicken

Love to order tandoori chicken in a restaurant? Make it at home without any fuss.

INGREDIENTS

    400 gms of chicken or 2 whole chicken legs
    1 tbsp of cumin powder (jeera)
    1 tbsp coriander powder (dhaniya)
    1 tbsp of garlic paste
    1 tbsp of crushed black pepper powder
    1/2 bowl of fresh or packaged curd
    1 tbsp of ginger paste
    2 tbsp of red chilli powder
    Sumac powder
    2 tbsp garam masala powder
    Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

1. Marinate the chicken with all the spices.

2. Place it in a pre-heated oven rack at 200 degree Celsius for 30 mins.

3. Once grilled properly, let it rest for a while.
