Cabbage Salad

  • Emulsify the olive oil and sugarcane vinegar
  • TIP: Emulsification means to combine the oil and vinegar together
  • Now add 1 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp sugar and 1 1/2 pinch of salt
  • Beat all the ingredients together
  • Place the finely chopped cabbage into the salad bowl
  • Pour the dressing over it
  • Ensure every string of cabbage is soaked in the dressing
  • TIP: Keep in the refrigerator for an hour before serving
