INGREDIENTS

    1 Cup mashed chana dal
    1 Cup grated raw mango
    Salt
    2 Green chilli
    1 tsp Sugar
    1/4 Coriander
    1 tsp Mustard seeds
    12 Curry leaves
    Oil

DIRECTIONS

– In a mixing bowl, add the soaked chana dal, grated mango, green chilies, coriander, sugar, and salt. Mix it together
– For tempering, heat some oil. Once the oil is hot add mustard seeds, curry leaves & turmeric powder.
– Add the tempering to the chana dal mixture and mix everything well.
– Ambe Dal is ready to serve! You can enjoy this side dish with chapati, bhakri or just by itself!
