INGREDIENTS

    1 medium sized chopped onion
    1 medium sized chopped tomato
    1/2 cup red and yellow bell peppers chopped
    1/4 cup of capsicum chopped
    1 teaspoon of chopped ginger
    3 hard boiled eggs
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1/2 lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon mustard sauce
    ½ teaspoon of salt Some pepper

DIRECTIONS

  • Start with cutting the eggs and dice them further, put it into the bowl and start adding the chopped onions, tomatoes, bell pepper and capsicum.
  • Sprinkle crushed pepper on the top, ginger and salt to taste. 
  • Squeeze half lime and add 2 spoons of mayonnaise and mix them well together.
  • Serve cold
