INGREDIENTS

    Boneless chicken pieces: 150 gms
    Salt to taste
    Oil for frying
    Butter Milk: 100 ml
    Red chili powder: 2 teaspoons
    Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
    Maida/Refined flour: 150 grams

DIRECTIONS

– Heat oil in a pan
– Meanwhile, add in chicken pieces, buttermilk, chili powder, coriander powder and salt to taste in a mixing bowl.
– Combine all the ingredients together
– Coat the chicken pieces with maida and deep fry it until golden brown
– Your crunchy chicken pakora is ready to serve with sauce and chutney. Enjoy!
