This is a classic Chinese dish which is very famous in Kolkata and is relished as a street food there. It’s a Chinese dish of stir-fried egg noodles with shredded chicken breast. You can avoid the chicken if your’re a vegetarian!
1. Start by heating oil in a pan. Add in the noodles and saute them.
2. In another pan, add in more oil, ginger garlic paste and all the vegetables and saute.
3. Add chilies, and the noodles to this and mix well.
4. Put chili sauce, coriander, soy sauce, sugar and salt. Mix well and serve.
