Homemade Carrot Pickle
Not just halwas and salads, make an instant pickle out of carrot too!
1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil.
2. Once the oil is heated, add asafoetida, mustard seed powder, mustard seeds, turmeric powder and mix masala. Mix well.
3. In a bowl add 3 carrots finely chopped and add the seasoning to the carrots.
4. Add salt according to taste and lime juice. Mix well.
