1. Sieve the gram flour, add rice flour, red chilli powder, salt and hing. Mix.
2. Slowly add water to create a batter of dosa consistency.
3. Add some edible soda just before frying.
4. Pour some batter in the hot oil through perforated spoon to make boondi.
5. Gently fry the boondi till it turns golden brown.
6. In another wok, fry some peanuts and curry leaves in little oil.
7. Mix the peanuts and curry leaves with the boondi and serve.
