How to Make Matki Cha Salad

INGREDIENTS

    200 gms Matki
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    salt to taste
    1 tsp Lemon juice
    2 tbsp grated coconut
    diced spinach
    1 tomato
    1 Carrot
    1 Cucumber
    1 Cabbage

DIRECTIONS

Matki Salad is great  option for the people who want to loose those calories. Diet just became a whole lot easier!

Method:

1. In a large bowl, add matki, chilli powder, salt,lemon juice, grated coconut, grounded peanuts and mix it well.

2. Add in chopped spinach, chopped tomatoes, chopped carrot and cucumber and cabbage.

3. Mix well and serve.
