Learn how to make this quick and easy soup that is essentially a traditional curry soup of Indian origin.

INGREDIENTS

    Oil
    Mustard Seeds
    Black Peppercorn
    Onion
    Carrot
    Salt
    Green Apple
    Lentils
    Vegetable Stock
    Lemon Juice
    Coconut Milk

DIRECTIONS

1. In a heated pan, add in oil, mustard seeds, pepper, onions, carrots and saute.

2. Add in salt, green apple, vegetable stock, lentils. Let it cook and puree it.

3. Cook it again on the stove. Add in lemon juice and coconut milk and mix well.

4. Garnish and serve hot.
