INGREDIENTS

    500 gms Minced Mutton
    3-4 Onions Chopped
    1 ½ inch ginger chopped finely
    10 Cloves of garlic chopped finely
    1-2 Bay leaf
    1 big & small cardamom
    1inch cinnamon
    ½ tsp turmeric powder
    2 tsp Red chilly powder
    1tsp Coriander powder
    ½ tsp Cumin powder
    ½ tsp Shahi jeera
    5-6 nos black pepper
    3 nos cloves
    1 tbsp mix masala (optional )
    2-3 tbsp Fresh Curd
    3 tbsp tbsp any Refined oil
    Coriander leaves

DIRECTIONS

Make this easy and delicious mutton kheema at home!

Method:

1. Start by blending together onions, garlic, chili and blend.

2. In a heated pan, add in oil along with the onions, garlic and chili and saute.

3. Add in the spices and curd and mix well.

4. Put the kheema along with salt and mix well. Let it cook.

5. Once cooked, garnish and serve.
