INGREDIENTS

    1 litre Milk
    1/4 cup Rice, soaked
    1/2 to 3/4 cup Sugar
    3 no Cardamom, crushed
    Ghee, 1 tbsp
    Chopped dry fruits 2 tbsp (pista and badam)

DIRECTIONS

For the occasion of Kartikai Deepam Preetha shows you two really delicious sweets, the first one is Pal Payasam we and cannot wait to try it!

Method:

1. In a heated kadhai, add in milk, cardamom and soaked rice. Mix well and let it cook.

2. Once partially cooked, add in sugar, ghee, pistachios, almonds and mix well.

3. Garnish and serve.
