INGREDIENTS

    Whole wheat flour: ¼ cup
    Potatoes (boiled): 2
    Besan: 2 tablespoons
    Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
    Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
    Salt to taste
    Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
    Grated ginger: 1 teaspoon
    Chopped garlic: 1 teaspoon
    Finely chopped coriander leaves: 1 tablespoon
    Sesame seeds: 1 tablespoon
    Chopped green chillies: 1 teaspoon
    Chopped spinach: 1 cup
    Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
    Oil: 1 teaspoon

DIRECTIONS

– In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
– Knead the mixture into a dough
– Make medium-sized balls from the dough.
– Preheat your tawa.
– Dust your rolling board with some flour.
– Roll the dough balls into flat theplas
– Place the rolled theplas on the heated tawa.
– Pour oil on its sides and cook both the sides evenly.
– The palak theplas are ready to pack in the tiffin box.
