Easy

Deliciously crunchy and nutty, Peanut Chutney/Shengdana Chutney is an all-time favourite accompaniment to numerous Indian dishes.

INGREDIENTS

    2 cups roasted peanuts peeled
    2 Kashmiri red chilies
    8-10 pods garlic peeled
    2 tsp jeera
    1 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp turmeric
    Salt

DIRECTIONS

To the grinder mix all the ingredients and blend it to form a chutney.
Peanut Garlic chutney is ready to serve.
