This Maharashtrian delight is pretty much an all time favourite breakfast for many. Here is a quick and easy poha recipe that can be made in no time.

INGREDIENTS

    1 to 2 tbsp Oil
    Cumin seeds
    2 chopped Onions
    Asafoetida
    5-6 curry leaves
    4 green chilies
    1 tsp Turmeric powder
    1 1/2 cup Poha
    Salt
    Coriander leaves
    Lemon Juice

DIRECTIONS

1. Start by heating oil in a pan. Add in cumin seeds, onions, hing, curry leafs, chilies and saute them until the onions turn pink.

2. Add turmeric powder and poha to the masala and mix.

3. Add in some salt and lemon and mix well.

4. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
