Learn how to make Pudina Chutney at your home. Homemade Pudina Chutney is good in taste and is also good for one’s health. Moreover, Pudina Chutney makes almost all snacks tastier. So here in this video, we demonstrate an easy to make pudina chutney, right at your home.

INGREDIENTS

    Ingredients to make Pudina Chutney:
    For 250-300ml of pudina chutney:
    • 1/2 cup pudina or mint leaves
    • 1/2 cup dhaniya or cilantro leaves
    • 2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 4 green chillies
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • 1 1/2 inch ginger
    • 3 garlic cloves
    • 3/4 cup of desiccated or freshly grated coconut
    • Water in accordance to the consistency
    Equipments:
    • Hand blender or regular mixer grinder
    • Blender spoon or regular spoon

DIRECTIONS

  • Add the coriander or dhaniya leaves
  • Add the pudina or mint leaves
  • Now add 4 green chillies, 3 garlic cloves, 1 1/2 inch ginger, juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp of sugar, 3/4 cup desiccated coconut and salt according to taste
  • To start with add 2 tsp of water
  • Start pulsing the ingredients
  • Blend till a fine paste appears
  • Ready to serve
    TIP: If the chutney is dry add only 1 tbsp of water at a time to avoid the consistency from turning watery
