Semolina Pancakes
Rava/Sooji Thalipeeth(रवा थालीपीठ) is a popular dish and can be cooked easily at your home. Nothing beats a homemade Rava/Sooji Thalipeeth (Semolina Pancakes).

- In a bowl, add 1/2 bowl rava (semolina)
 - Add 1 1/2 cup rice flour
 - Add 3-4 tsp grated coconut
 - Add 2-3 dried red chillies finely chopped
 - Add salt according taste
 - Add 3-4 chopped garlic
 - Add 1 spring onion finely chopped and coriander
 - Add water according to requirement
 - TIP: Add water in intervals
 - Once the mixture is ready, heat oil in a pan
 - TIP: Spread the oil evenly in the pan
 - Once the oil is heated, add a ball of the mixture with your hands
 - TIP: Use your fingers to spread the mixture in the pan.
 - TIP: To avoid these from sticking to the pan, use a non-stick pan
 - Cook each side for 2 minutes
 - Ready to serve
