Toral shows you a quick recipe, Sev Ni Biranj that includes a mixture of ghee, vermicelli, hot water, raisins and cashews and almonds to garnish. This can surely be an amazing dessert after dinner.
1. In a heated pan, add some ghee and vermicelli, mix until the vermicelli is well roasted in the ghee.
2. Add in water and mix well. Put in raisins and sugar and combine everything together.
3. Garnish with dry fruits and serve hot.
