kneading dough for shankarpali Take a mixing bowl, add powdered sugar and ghee.
Whisk it together Add maida and boil water.
Mix it well and knead into a dough Keep it aside and let it rest for 1/2 hours
Divide the dough into lemon size balls.
Roll it and cut it into a diamond shape Heat oil in a kadhai, deep fry them.
Your hot & crispy shankarpali is ready to munch on!
