INGREDIENTS

    1 1/2 cup Milk
    Dry fruits
    2 tsp Ghee
    Chironji seeds
    Almonds, Cashews and Raisins
    Cardamom and Nutmeg powder
    1/2 cup Sugar
    Vermicelli
    Dates

DIRECTIONS

For most of us, Eid is synonymous with Meethi Sevaiyan (Sheer Khurma). Smita brings you this delicious sweet recipe to celebrate the festival of Ramzan!

Method:

1. Start by boiling the milk.

2. In a heated pan, add in ghee and add in chironji seeds, almonds, cashews and raisins. Saute them for a while.

3. Add in cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, sugar and mix well.

4. Dry roast the sevai and add it to the milk along with the dry fruits and let them cook together.

5. Serve hot.
