Quick and easy to prepare with the goodness of corn, our Spicy Corn Fritters/Corn Pakoda recipe is a fresh take on evening snacks. Fried to perfection and infused with the crunch of onions and contrasting spice of chilies in every bite, our recipe is an effortless preparation that gives you a reliable evening or tea time snack.

INGREDIENTS

    Crushed corn: 2 cups
    Finely chopped onions: 1
    Finely Chopped Chili: 2
    Finely Chopped coriander leaves: 2 tablespoons
    Oil for frying
    Salt to taste
    Corn flour: 1 tablespoon
    Rice flour: 2 tablespoons

DIRECTIONS

Coarsely grind the corn kernels. Place the corn mixture in a large bowl.
Add in all the ingredients in a mixing bowl
Heat oil in a pan, Drop small portions of the corn mixture and deep fry the pakoras until golden brown on both sides.
Drain and place on an absorbent paper. Serve hot with green chutney.
