Apart from the regular fish fry and dal rice there are interesting ways of making fish, your very own Archana shows you how to make one such preperation, stuffed pomfret.
1. In a heated pan, add in oil, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and mix.
2. Add onion, salt, chili powder, coriander and mix again until dry.
3. Once done, stuff this filling into the fish and add in lemon juice.
4. Coat it with gram flour.
5. Shallow fry, garnish and serve.
