How To Make Tandoori Chicken

Straight from a Punjabi kitchen, Tandoori Chicken has been an instant hit through the years. Chicken is marinated in aromatic spices and grilled to perfection. Watch and learn this mouth-watering recipe in just a few steps by Chef Sadaf.

Make some slits into chicken drumsticks and then add in tandoori masala, garam masala, nutmeg powder, ginger powder, lime juice, kasthoori methi, salt, red chili powder turmeric powder, curd and mix them together.

Marinate the chicken drumsticks thoroughly with this first marination and let it stand for at least 1 hour.

In a separate bowl add chopped garlic, butter, and fresh coriander leaves.

Preheat the oven to 220 C/ 430 F.

In a baking tray, place your chicken drumsticks and cover them with the garlic infused melted butter and bake it for 10-15 minutes.

Add the prepared garlic paste on top of the chicken drumstick and let it bake for another 5 minute

Serve hot with roomali roti, and salad or eat just by itself with some extra lemon juice on top.
