Here is an interesting makeover for the leftover chapati lying in your kitchen. It’s a quick and fun way to revamp your old boring chapati into exciting Roti/ Chapati Enchiladas by Chef Pallavi. Watch the video to learn how to make this Mexican delicacy in the comfort of your home

INGREDIENTS

    Roti: 6
    Paneer 100 grams
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
    Tomato Ketchup: 100 grams
    Grated cheese: 150 grams
    Jalapenos: 2
    Mozzarella cheese: 150 grams

DIRECTIONS

For stuffing – Take a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients together and keep it aside
Preheat the oven to 180°C for 15 – 20 minutes
Place the stuffing in the centre and roll it
Take a baking dish, keep the Roti Enchiladas inside
Top it with tomato ketchup and cheese
Keep it in the oven until golden brown on top
