INGREDIENTS

    Ingredients:
    - 50gm dark chocolate, melted
    - 1 cup grated paneer
    - 2 tsp lemon zest
    - ½ tsp lemon extract
    - ½ tsp vanilla extract
    - 1 tbsp icing sugar
    - 100 ml fresh cream
    - 1/4 cup caster sugar

DIRECTIONS

Method:
– Coat tarts with melted chocolate and refrigerate till chocolate get hard.
– In a mixing bowl add grated paneer, fresh cream, caster sugar, vanilla extract, lemon extract, lemon zest and mix it well.
– Fill the tart with mixture.
– Sprinkle some dark chocolate on top for garnish.
– Ready to serve.
