1.In a pan heat 1 oil.
2.Add diced chicken
3.Add salt, black pepper powder and mix it well
4.In the same pan add onions, curry powder, paprika powder, turmeric, cumin seed, cayenne pepper and saute it well.
5.Add arborio rice, diced red and green bell peppers, and mix it well
6.Add salt, black pepper, coconut milk, coconut cream, and mix well
7.Add diced chicken to the mixture, stir ingredients together
8.Add chicken stock and cook for 4-5 minutes
9.Garnish with bell peppers and serve hot.
