Make your gorgeous desserts even more indulgent with this homemade salted caramel sauce.

INGREDIENTS

    Butter
    Sea Salt
    Sugar
    Water
    Cream

DIRECTIONS

1. Take a pan and add in sugar and water.
2. Let it cook and as soon as the caramel takes the colour of your liking, take it off the burner.
3. Add in the cream and stir.
4. Now put this pan back on the burner. Add a dollop of butter and mix well.
5. Sprinkle with sea salt and pour your caramel carefully in an air tight jar.
