Red chilli powder: 3 tablespoons
Hing: 1/2 tablespoon
Mustard seeds: 1 tablespoon
Grounded mustard: 3 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Oil: 1 cup
To a pan add oil, mustard seeds, grounded mustard, asafoetida, red chilli powder, chopped lemon , salt and mix them together.
Lemon pickle is ready to serve.
