Spice up your boring meal with this tangy Raw Mango Chutney/Aam Ki Chutney. Made with raw mangoes, chillies and freshly grated coconut, it will leave your taste buds tingling

INGREDIENTS

    Cubed raw thotapuri mango
    Green chillies: 2 to 3
    Garlic cloves: 4 to 5
    Grated coconut: 1/3 cup
    Hing dissolved in water
    Few sprigs mint leaves
    Salt to taste
    Water
    Sesame seed oil: 2 teaspoons
    Mustard seeds: 1 teaspoon
    Curry leaves
    Hing powder

DIRECTIONS

Blend mango with chilli, garlic, coconut, salt, hing and some mint.
Use water as required for blending. Heat oil, crackle mustard seeds.
Add curry leaves and hing. Pour over prepared chutney.
