A healthy and filling recipe, start your day with Whole Wheat Dosas.
1. Take a mixing bowl and add wheat flour, rice flour and salt and mix the dry ingredients.
2. Pour water and whisk it well.
3. Add curry leaves, cumin seeds, chopped ginger, chopped chillies, salt and mix it well.
4. Heat a dosa tawa and drizzle it with oil.
5. Drop the dosa batter and spread it.
6. Once it cooks on one side, flip it.
7. Press the edges and cook it well.
8. Once it is ready, serve it hot.
