Gulacha Chaha or Jaggery Tea is a hot chai enjoyed in all parts of India. Since the tea is made with jaggery and ginger, it comes with a lot of health benefits. INGREDIENTS

    2 Cups Water
    1 tbsp Jaggery
    1 tsp Tea Powder
    Grated Ginger
    Milk, as required

DIRECTIONS

– Heat some water.
– Add jaggery and give a stir.
– Then add tea powder and grated ginger. Let it come to a boil.
– Add milk as required. Switch off the flame.
– Serve hot!
