Jeera Rice - is a simple main course recipe, that you can make with only few ingredients that are available at home. This rice recipe goes well with any gravy/curry. Follow Chef Palllavi to make Restaurant style cumin rice at home.

INGREDIENTS

    2 teaspoons Cumin seeds
    2 to 3 tablespoons Ghee
    2 inch Cinnamon stick
    8 to 10 pieces Black peppercorn
    4 to 5 pieces cloves
    Chopped coriander

DIRECTIONS

In a pan add in oil, cumin seeds, coriander, fresh cream, rice, salt and mix it all together.
Garnish it with few coriander leaves and mix it again
Jeera rice is ready to serve.
