If you're a Fish lover then Jhinga/Prawns Fry is an instant hit recipe in your kitchen. Unlike other fish, it's easy to cook and tastes delicious. Watch and learn this authentic dish by Roopa Nabar with a spicy Ching's Masala twist.

INGREDIENTS

    Oil as needed for frying
    5-6 large prawn, deveined and cleaned
    Salt to taste
    1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
    ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
    ½ teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
    2 tablespoons Ching’s Secret Chicken Chili Masala
    1 cup Rice Flour
    1 cup Semolina

DIRECTIONS

Add some oil to the pan and let it heat well. While the oil is heating, prepare the prawns. Add the prawns in a bowl along with salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and mix it well till all the ingredients combine and the prawns are well coated. Next, add the Ching’s Secret Chicken Chili Masala and mix again. Let them marinate for 5 mins. Until then take some rice flour and semolina on a plate and mix it. Use this mixture to coat the prawns.
