TIP: This mixture is the base for other mithais. You can make strawberry flavoured with strawberry essence, similarly with mango and chocolate.

Add 1/2 tsp cardamom powder.

Mix well.

Turn off the gas.

TIP: Take a tiny bit of the mixture from the sides, if turns into a ball, it is ready.

Remove it in tray.

Spread it evenly.

Sprinkle some chopped pistas.

TIP: Cool the mixture to set for 1-2 hrs or more.

Once the mithai has set, cut them into pieces and serve.
