Kaleji Fry is a flavourful starter recipe which you can make for your friends and family or serve at parties.

INGREDIENTS

    250 Grams mutton or chicken liver
    2 Onion chopped
    2tbps green masala (ginger garlic coriander and 3 green chillies paste)
    1/3 teaspoon turmeric
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon Garam masala
    Fresh coriander
    Oil
    Salt to taste
    Water

DIRECTIONS

In a pan add oil, onion, green masala paste, liver, turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala, salt, water and mix it together.
Let it cook for 4-5 minutes until it changes it color
Liver fry is ready to serve.
